When I did this redesign of the Cleantech Flanders website, the challenge was to transcend the basic bootstrap setup and to create a light but professional-corporate look.
To keep the design costs low, I created a design tile for the bootstrap components that were used and for the homepage. The rest of the design was finetuned in-browser.
